We empower students, teachers, and parents by providing access to career awareness, understanding, and exploration programming that reveal previously unknown pathways. With a proven model and five successful district partnerships in Central Ohio, we're ready to expand our impact across the state and beyond.


We're seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Independent Contractor (1099 commission only) to lead our K-12 partnership development efforts in Ohio. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your existing network and build a significant portfolio of school district relationships, bringing BridgED's valuable programming to more students.


What You'll Do:


  • Identify and Engage: Proactively identify K-12 school districts across Ohio that would benefit from BridgED's career access programming.

  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within school districts (e.g., superintendents, curriculum directors, guidance counselors, career-tech coordinators).

  • Sell and Secure Partnerships: Effectively articulate the value proposition of BridgED's programs and secure new district partnerships.

  • Activate Programming: Work collaboratively with new partner districts to successfully launch and integrate BridgED's career awareness initiatives.

  • Strategic Growth: Contribute to the overall growth strategy of BridgED, identifying new opportunities and sharing insights from the field.

  • Represent BridgED: Act as a passionate ambassador for BridgED, showcasing our commitment to student success.


Who You Are:


  • Experienced in K-12: You have a strong background working in or closely with K-12 education. You understand the landscape, challenges, and decision-making processes within school districts.

  • Connected to the Community: You possess a robust network within the Ohio K-12 education system, the business community, or a strong blend of both. You know who to talk to and how to connect.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You're a self-starter who thrives in an independent role, taking initiative and ownership of your results. You're driven by the opportunity to build and grow.

  • Proven Sales Acumen: You have a track record of successfully building relationships and securing agreements, ideally in an education or B2B sales context.

  • Excellent Communicator: You can clearly and persuasively articulate complex ideas and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

  • Passionate about Student Success: You genuinely care about opening doors for students and believe in the power of career awareness.

  • Results-Oriented: You're focused on achieving partnership goals and expanding BridgED's reach.
