COLUMBUS, OH – February 10, 2026 – BridgED, a leading consultancy that partners with K–12 school districts and employers to design and deliver real-world career exploration and workforce-aligned programming for students, is proud to announce the appointment of Neeta Agrawal as its first Executive Director. This milestone hire marks a pivotal moment for the company, which has spent the last four years building a proven model for student opportunity and workforce readiness.

Since its founding, BridgED has focused on building structured, sustainable partnerships between districts and employers that connect classroom learning to real career opportunities. As the company enters its next phase of growth, Agrawal will lead the charge in scaling these efforts across the state, region, and country.

“For over four years, BridgED has been a passion project and a mission-driven pursuit to ensure every student has a clear pathway to success,” said Chris Svec, Co-Founder of BridgED. “Adding Neeta to our team is a gamechanger. Her deep expertise in building educational systems and non-profits make her the perfect leader to take our vision to the next level. With Neeta, we aren't just growing; we are poised to transform how communities bridge the gap between the classroom and the workforce.”

Agrawal brings over two decades of experience to the role, ranging from her early days teaching in underserved Chicago schools to leading statewide instructional and equity initiatives. Her career has been defined by a commitment to ensuring that education serves as a bridge to purpose and meaningful work, regardless of a student’s zip code.

“I am honored to join BridgED at such a critical inflection point,” said Neeta Agrawal, Executive Director. “I believe that closing the gap between K-12 and industry is both a strategic necessity and a moral imperative. When we align our educational systems with the needs of the modern workforce, we don't just help students, we strengthen entire communities. I look forward to building the partnerships and systems that will allow BridgED to reach students and educators on a local, regional, and even national scale.”
